A three-point form factor through five loops

We bootstrap the three-point form factor of chiral part stress-tensor supermultiplet in planar $\mathcal{N}=4$ super-Yang-Mills theory, obtaining new results at three, four, and five loops. Our construction employs known conditions on first, second, final entries symbol, combined with multiple-final-entry conditions, ``extended-Steinmann-like'' near-collinear data from recently-developed operator product expansion. are expected to give maximally transcendental parts $gg\to Hg$ $H\to ggg$ amplitudes heavy-top limit QCD. At two loops, extended-Steinmann-like space functions we describe contains all required for four-point one massive three massless external legs, internal lines, including processes such as $\gamma^*\to q\bar{q}g$. expect contain these higher loops well, although not arbitrarily high loop order. present evidence that can be placed an even smaller functions, no independent $\zeta$ values weights three.
